Then told me he did me a favor by calculating the amount of brick (according to our plans) and because it was special order, he would not take any of it back. Sadly for him, we ended up buying the right amount of stone, sand, and mortar somewhere else, and found it at a cheaper price! We saved thousands! Do your homework!"
