"I'm giving 5 Stars because Google doesn't have 6 or more!! The team at Somervell Flooring did an absolutely exceptional job for me, from start to finish. My job started as a bathroom leak on carpet, which I knew had to go! David was prompt in getting out and removing the damaged carpet and pad, measuring the bathrooms, helping with porcelain tile selections and then getting the bathrooms refloored. Jose and Sergio did a super job on the tile work. While the bathrooms were in process, we decided it was time to take out all old carpet in the house and go with a better product. Erin talked us through the specific demands of our home and recommended glue down luxury vinyl flooring, primarily due to pets in the home. She then worked very hard to make sure we got the right color vinyl by visiting the home and making specific recommendations as to options. It was sort of a "Goldilocks" process to find the right product, especially one with very good wood like texturing, as opposed to a vinyl that looks like a doctor's office. The flooring we wound up selecting looks like real wood, without all the maintenance hassles, plus it is waterproof! In this process, Erin got several multi-plank samples so we could lay it out in the home to help make a final decision. So for us, we got a style that was "just right!" Thank you Erin for hanging in there with us in the selection process. Their bid was competitive and very fair. For installation, Jose and Sergio did the vinyl, with Pancho overseeing the job. I had a lot of concern about how much furniture and moreover, electronics, would have to be moved around to do the whole house. I challenged them to assure me they could move some areas around such as my office, with a major bird nest of wiring, before committing to do all the rooms. They studied the situation and assured me they could handle it without any hiccups. I must say I had my doubts, but am so pleased we went forward and let them work their magic. They developed a plan for each room, Jose took very detailed pictures of exactly where everything was, and was able to make it all happen with no hiccups. We did 3 fully furnished bedrooms, a master bedroom with home entertainment electronics, an office with a ton of electronics, a living room with a large grandfather clock which had to be moved, a den with 9' pool table which required disassembly and reassembly and a dining room with a large china cabinet full of heirloom china. Jose and Sergio were absolutely superb, all worked out well, electronics were not impacted and nothing was broken in the rather meticulous process. These guys are real professionals!!! Now here is the part of the story that really separates Somervell Flooring from the pack and puts them into a "best in class" category. It had been suggested that the grout in our marble entryway be changed to a lighter waterproof sealed grout. It sounded easy, but unfortunately the original grout was old school cement grout, which proved very difficult to remove. In this process, a batch of bad chemicals was unknowingly used which, once dry, left a residue on the beautiful marble. Pancho was a real hero for us. He stayed on the project until it was made right, well after the point where we had made payment because at that point the problem had not reared its head. To get the marble right, Pancho had to get a third party to bring a 4 stage buffer and polisher out to finish the job correctly. By the time it was all said and done, the floor looks like a mirror that belongs on the Hubble Space Telescope. These folks are TERRIFIC! We got through the job and now feel like we have a new home that we can really enjoy! We simply can't say enough good about Somervell Flooring and its wonderful people!!"

"This company installed a new tile shower in my new home in Pecan Plantation in July 2019. The shower pan is now LEAKING. I have contacted the business TWICE and have not had a meaningful response from them."

"This place is a FARCE!!! My late brother in law spent over 20000.00 on floors for THREE houses at ONE time. About 6 months after he purchased the flooring and had this company install them, he passed away suddenly. We inherited the properties,and the flooring that they installed in TWO houses is popping up EVERYWHERE!!! They sent someone out to look at it and the guy said there was water underneath it!! This was a HUGE cop out because soon after they claimed this, I emailed about five times and continually called the store and left message after message, with NO ONE ever returning my calls! THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!! Too bad, because we would have gladly used them for our many future projects such and building a new 4000SF home and a sub division. NOW, we are left with flooring, which they claimed at time of purchase was the best thing going! You cannot walk in the ENTIRE house without tripping over this stuff! Even though it has been a while, I feel this company should be liable for this TOTAL mess they left us with! IT IS SICKENING TO SAY THE LEAST!"
