"Very helpful. I have had pierced ears for years, and one of the holes closed up. When it came time for me to change out my new earrings, I couldn't get them off, and neither could my daughter. I called to ask how to take them off, and they informed me to pull. Yeah, I had to take my nail and push the back off the earrings. It worked, and now I am able to wear my favorite earrings again"
"The clerk Madison was extremely rude. She didn’t want to give me her name when I asked. I went in with my two granddaughters sitting in a Walmart cart and and a baby car seat. She said I could not go in there with the cart! I said if she expected me to leave them outside while I tried to shop in side the Claire’s store. To which She said I needed to leave! I will never go back again. Don’t go shopping for baby girls accessories ladies, they don’t want you shopping with your small kids in the store."
