"I've been a Uvalco customer for 30+ years and have always had great service. Yesterday I ordered a concrete water trough and was on my way to Uvalde to pick it up when I realized I wouldn't get there before the close of business at 5pm. I called and spoke with store manager, Lynette, and asked if she could accommodate me. She said no problem and helped me out so that I was able to pick up the item late on Friday. Arlo was assisting her, as was another employee in the yard whose name I do not know. This was an altogether fantastic experience and I simply can't praise the staff at Uvalco enough. I wish I could do more, but to any prospective customers, this is the place you need to patronize!!!! Thank you Lynette, Arlo and the rest of the Uvalco staff! You guys are the best!!!"
