"If I could put zero stars I would. The manager in Uvalde Texas was so rude. I went up to the counter waited for 2 minutes for someone to walk up. She then comes up, on the phone while talking to her daughter, saw me continued to finish her conversation about coming to the store and pick up some stuff she had for her. Finally came to the counter, scanned a food item and charged tax. I simply stated it shouldn’t have tax and she said do you want it or not. I said yes I do but I would like the tax removed. She said no and for me to leave the store in a very rude manner. I asked for the manager and she said she was but didn’t have her name tag on and her shirt was dirty. I also asked for the corporate number and said she google it and leave. Wow #familydollar hire the right staff!"

"Very clean and organized store. Good for quick shopping. Light clothes, swim wear, chicken, ground beef, ice cold beer and wine, automotive oil, antifreeze, windshield wippers. Employees easy going, nice and helpful."

"Great place n they had more selections that ours back home. It was easy to find stuff n had no problem finding our items. Cashier was friendly n respectful. Would come back n it's closer to McDonald's which is good n to our motel very easy n convenient."

"Took my 10 year old son to this store. He wanted to buy stuff with his own money and when we got to the register, he saw led fidget spinners. He proceeded to turn the lights on one of them and picked another one up. He was interested in getting that item instead until she snatched it out of his hand and said don't be turning all of them on and she put it back. This really upset my son and myself because he did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I call the next day to complain and come to find out she is the manager of the store. All I have to say is she needs to work on her customer service skills before she runs this store into the ground."
