"Couple of weeks ago, was at the self checkout area with my roommate. One of the employees, who was an older woman walked up to the checkout. Didn't think much of it, until she did it again. She stopped us to take a look at our screen and looked back at our groceries, and went "oooh..." And walked away. We went about our business until we finished scanning. When we did, we looked at the price and mentioned it was a little pricier than we expected (to each other). The employee listened in on us and included herself in the conversation, asking "so expensive. how do you plan on paying that?" I was irritated, as the groceries weren't an outrageous price, we are just going through tough times. I ended up clenching my jaw and just paying for the items she thought I was stealing and went home. I felt zero sense of privacy or respect."
"We had ordered 24 cupcakes for a gender reveal. When we arrived to the bakery neither girl wanted to help us and were openly “no you”ing to each other in front of us. Then the girl who finally had to help us was very rude and annoyed. I double checked and asked if the filling was inside and she said, “yeah I have no idea”. And basically proceeded to say it wasn’t her problem. Thankfully all were filled but one. But seriously, how hard is it to communicate and do your job well?"
"Automotive department is beyond slow. Even with an appointment set to have some tires installed, I was there well over 2 hours. They didn't even bring my car into the shop for 45 minutes after the appointment time. Watched my car sit for over 20 minutes at a time twice, without any work done on it. The store is fine but avoid the automotive department unless you have time to waste. I've been there on two other occasions for other issues, and experienced the same thing."
"Workers just stand there as you check yourself out then want to come check your receipt as you leave. If I have to do your job for you don’t expect me to be nice every time you check my receipt. I have asked several workers where things are because they changed it so drastically and the workers seem so bothered that you had to ask a question and disturb there job standing there Prices have risen so high only the well off or people with food stamps or a sugar daddy can afford groceries or anything else . Women clothing is so ugly that a designer from the 60s and 70s must have been hired back to design . and customer service is always so slow you end up standing in line 20 minutes to get the rudest customer service representative ever. I could go on and on but I’m trying to be nice today. But I can say it is a convenient store to get the items you want if you can afford them. Btw I’m still waiting on my 1099 from 2017 and on for self employment for all the work I do while I’m in there."
