"2nd time coming here and I had a bad experience again. Specifically with a lady that has black hair and wears glasses she’s always so damn rude. The first time I went I didn’t know if there was a line so when I went to her register she told me I have to wait in line but mind you there was no one in line so she made me walk all the way to the back then called me to her register. Even asking a simple question she answers with an attitude and never smile at her customers she’s always giving dirty looks. I don’t understand why she works here if her attitude just makes people not want to come back AT ALL, I think she’s like a supervisor because when I come in she’s training people but she should get fired and replaced"

"You don't want to work here, there is favoritism. If you're not part of there friend group they will write you up for anything. If you make a simple mistake they will write you up. If you're sick and you have a doctor's letter they will tell you that you're not reliable and they want to cut your hours. They will say you're a full time worker but will give you part-time hours and they will give all the hours to themselves"

"Food isn't that fresh but it's ok if you're going to eat the fruits and veggies right away. I do have to point out that the cucumbers are so huge! Other than that the ladies are always very helpful on answering questions and helping."

"You always here of some people who are embarrassed or ashamed to need assistance. I was genuinely on the verge of tears. The manager, Isis, was able to walk me through the entire store. She explained quantities, nutritional values, and store procedures, with such ease. I believe Isis embodies all of WICs’ values. Great job!"

"I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel its a must, maybe then the owner can take more consideration on the customers and starts either hiring new employees or training these people in customer service. There was a long line today to pick up benefits. A lady stood outside and started telling everyone since 5:40pm that they couldn't get in line anymore because they were closed? First of all, the store closes at 6pm not at 5:40 just so they can all leave by 6 pm. When the line went down, at 5:55 a couple people tried going in and the lady said no that they were closed. Not to mention she was giving no explanation and was super rude about it with every customer. She told more than 8 customers they were closed which I find VERY unfair. These are customers in need of their monthly benefits. Ive been working in customer service for more than 10 years, i have to say, this place lacks skills. They are the worst when it comes to customer service. No eye contact, no communication, no help and if there is, they are completely rude about it! These ladies need to find another job if they are SO miserable. Customer service isn't so hard to do especially when its your job and its what you're getting paid for. They act like if they're doing us a favor. I've reached to the point that I drive all the way to Socorro because everyone there is SO MUCH nicer. (I live 40 min from there). When I do go to this location (Edgemere) I have to ask my bf to get the benefits because I refuse to put up with such bad customer service."
