"The dog dishes had little bugs on them"
"I went inside to make one purchase and found a grey body pillow with chocolate stains. I went to the register to it and Ms. Laura said no to me cause I asked for a discount. So I made sure she understood I wanted a discount for the pillow cause of the stains and she said NO Discount. Do you want it. I said without an discount NO and she took it off my purchase. I was like really, smh. First time ever being denied a discount on a damaged product.this happened Today august 4th at 8:15pm."
"Worst customer service. The cashier does not have people skills. She started saying inappropriate things about me to another customer and I over heard her saying “I thought she spoke Spanish but she’s just another black girl. Staff needs way better training”"
"This Anna lady that was working tonight in closing shift with huge large fake nails was talking smack about family dollar customers in general saying why do we go shop there and make a fc**$&# mess in the store just because products were not completely pulled forward isn't that her job..omg since she works there I prefer to visit another family dollar and decided to get there today for emergency for my bad luck she was there. Come on district manager please have a talk to her about her attitude towards customers"
"I wasn’t even rude to her I just asked to speak to the manager seemed odd that they wouldn’t have change for 100 dollar bill n I had things for my grand babies.. I was browsing the store for like 45 mins.. so it seemed indifferent that she would just run me off.. I am at the utterly most upset, at the level of customer service I received at this store. The cashier by the name of Jackie apparently isn’t informed about the correct manner to go about any given situation. According to her they don’t take your money to buy things there. She refused, rejected my money, her excuse being that there was not enough change in the register. This is a multimillion dollar industry and you are denying my 100 dollar bill. This is ridiculous. After asking her to contact her manager! Come to be she had enough change for my bill. Then Jackie rang up my things with a rude attitude throwing my change at me and stating that she is no liar, in Spanish.. assuming I am not fluent in Spanish she smirked and laughed as if it was a joke.. It must of been personal to her but if a person can’t fluently understand a customer they should find someone else that will help them. I am left without words. I will report this incident to the BBB. This was uncalled for. I go into a store to purchase things not to be undermined because of the money I have. Seriously why are people so arrogant."
