"For about four years, I’ve been shopping here and met some of the most respectful people who worked there, but no that’s changed. Especially at this specific Albertsons. Some of the new employees need to just stay in the back or another department where I don’t have to look at them. I’m an African-American woman who loves to run and immediately run to do my weekly errands here right after my exercise. I will look at the environment of the store when I walked and it’s always this African American woman who works at the front, discriminating my appearance as I’ve been walking in these past three weeks I’ve seen her. To top it all off, when she is available at the register, she immediately asks a coworker of her to immediately cover for her when she clearly sees when I’m finished with my shopping and ready to purchase my items. Then, she will literally brush herself by me or a coworker to look at me and make snarky comments to the coworker as if I can’t hear or not paying attention. It will do me the greater good if I don’t see HER face. She makes me uncomfortable. What kind of business is that where the customer gets bullied by staff and it’s okay? I don’t care how old they are or what the circumstances might be."
