"Worst nail plac ever, I showed him a pic of what I wanted I asked if he was able to do it he said yes long story short I wanted them short, there are not the same size some are thicker than others I asked for polka dots nothing compared to the pic I showed him I asked him to fix them he made them huge with paint not nail polish. He was doing such a sloppy job I didn't say anything I just wanted to get it over with and leave my nails are all messed up never going back terrible experience taking my business elsewhere. The paint on the nails has fallen off."

"I came in last week for a gel powder removal and when I left my nails were in horrible condition and still had pieces of gel powder left on the top of my nails/ no cuticle oil/ no hand cream as is the norm at nearly every other nail place I have been. I have had removals many times at many different places and it wasn't horrible here but it wasn't great either. The customer service was quite strange as I was the only customer there that day but the two gentlemen who took turns working on my removal kind of made me feel like I was not supposed to be there, like I may have been intruding on their free time. It just felt a bit unsanitary and uncomfortable as they seemed to be taking turns with smoke breaks before returning to work on my nails, work space was quite dirty, no gloves, etc."

"I’ve been going to TL nails for about 1 year. My experience has always been great, Andy was very personable. Micheal quiet but very good at what he does. The only complaint I have if I would cal it that is the quote for 50 and then charged 65 for my acrylic. Andy usually takes care of my nails, however the new guy was good and he did a great job. I would’ve liked a little more transparency about the pricing jump. Nevertheless, I love my nails and overall I’m still going to be a customer."

"HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND! My mother and I went in to get pedicures on a slow Monday evening. First off the man who did my moms toes was in such a rush and was being very rude that he even cut her while he removed her calluses. And didn't even apologize. He just tried to cover it up by applying pressure with his hands. As for my toes. The worker they have working only has one good eye and can barely see what she is doing. She did not paint my entire nail. And when I mentioned it to her she would say that it's skin. I called the next day to see if they can retouch my toenails because they are only 1 day old and they look 1 week old. The owner answered and when I told him the problem he hung up on me and never answered the phone again! So unprofessional! I spent 104.00 on 2 basic gel pedicures with the WORST service and work"
