The employees in both the bed and mattress section were very patient and not too pushy to force us into something we didn’t like or the more expensive option. They were also VERY patient with our kids that we brought in with us. Evan was in the bed frame section and Marisa in the mattress area and both were absolutely terrific. 100% recommend. We will most definitely be coming back in the future for any other furniture purchases."
"Purchased a living room set in September. Still don't have it. Called the manufacturer and they ran out of material. No delivery date in sight. Furniture Row has only given me excuses such as a computer glitch. No offer to substitute another choice so that we could have living room seating for the holidays. So frustrating. I have changed my rating from a 5 to a one because no one should have to wait over three months for couches."
