"Great sales rep. Johnny. All sale completed in 1 day. I told him a date in which i needed Items and he reviewed through items that would best on time. However, after readying reviews and talking to people who recently ordered, I am worried about shipping / delivery delays. I logged into my account and my order does not come up either. Was it placed? After seeing the reviews  i am worried that my items will not be in in 2 weeks as promised. I am moving with a child who will need their bed. Please advise. Thanks! Art"

"Couldn’t purchase an item and I told the associate I would have to wait. Instead of being understanding he was very unprofessional and even threw a little fit. Did not proceed to engage with me after I said I’d have to put my purchase on hold. First time ever being here and definitely do not recommend nor will I ever come again. They only care about a sale due to making a commission and it shows. Lacking in customer care, professionalism and communication."

"WARNING!!!!! They only want your money!!!!!!! No damage coverage!!!! Even you paid warranty!!!!!!!!! We bought a sofa there one year ago. They promised us so well. We have dogs and kids. Any damage they will cover if we pay warranty. We paid it!!!! When we call the customer service they said so many reasons they won’t cover!!!!!"

We bought over five thousand dollars worth of furniture and was promised we could bring it back if it didn’t fit!! Well it didn’t fit and they refused to even let me switch out furniture, let alone get me a refund!!"
