"Went to this location on Sunday, 11 Feb 24 to get a piercing. There were two groups ahead of me paying for their items so when the first group finished, I moved closer to the counter. When the last group was done paying, I moved where they were standing and the two people workin continued to talk amongst themselves, leaving me standing there…no acknowledgment or anything for at least 45 seconds and still nothing when I decided to walk out. They still never said anything. Steer clear from this location. I read the reviews and heard the horror stories and now I’m a believer. Their business can’t be THAT good to ignore customers so blatantly. STAY AWAY as others have said. Just poor customer service…lack thereof!"
"This store is full of cute stuff for girls but it is pricey I must say"
"Two of the women working here are so rude. Walked into get an ear piercing and they blatantly ignored me. They kept whispering in each others ear while staring at me. Treated me with such hostility. They purposely made me wait 1 hour before piercing my ear because they were so busy gossiping."
"Poor customer service...two women stood in the middle of the store gossiping and not one of them spoke as we entered the store. My granddaughter and I were baffled at how you look at a person dead in thier eyes and don't peep a word as they walk into YOUR store. These were Two black women ( we are of American American decent as well so we didn't see it as being racist---just unprofessional and tacky) . One of the women there claimed she was a manager. I'll never come back to thier location."
"The lady who pierced my girls ears did a fantastic job! She did the girls ears even no crooked holes. She was very helpful! Thanks"
