"$9 for a breakfast burrito that they can’t even label correctly. We bought bacon breakfast burritos only to drive away, open them, and they were sausage burritos. Seeing as we’re on a road trip and won’t be returning to this area anytime soon, I called to get a refund only to be told she can’t provide me a refund over the phone. Maybe she couldn’t (it’s above her pay grade or something) but surely she could have gotten a manager or someone to help with the refund. To say you can’t do refunds over the phone is just showing lack of care. I own a business myself and guarantee if a customer calls me over the phone and asks for a refund, if my employees can’t do it, I certainly can. I unfortunately had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge."

"If you've forgotten something or anything really, this place will probably have it. I've been to 3 of their locations and the best way to describe it is that it's a truck stop/grocery/hardware/western wear store. It's also a convenience store. The one in Midland actually has a Carquest car parts section. Some of the best prices for FR clothing."

"They have showers.. no one seems to want to clean them.. extremely unnecessary Long wait for a shower. No drivers lounge to sit and wait. Otherwise it has small grocery store on the inside which is a first for my experience."
