"My interaction with Sun City WinNelson to buy a 75 gal hot water heater was 7 days of Lies, deception and confrontational behavior from start to finish.. The operator lied to me even about her name on several occasions so that if I called back to identify her to the manager I would only have the fictitious name she had given me. The salesman lied to me about the product he sold me. Promising to "check personally and make sure it is the correct model". He didn't... On two different occasions two different delivery men called me and give me the time they'd arrive at my house. I would wait all day, then they would never show up. I called to speak to manager twice and never received any answer. Ultimately, it took 7 days for them to pick up the incorrect $ 1,867.64 hot water heater they had sent out. After 7 days I had talked to 7 people with 10 phone calls to Sun City WinNelson. It was picked up at 3:05 by a man who damaged my front door threshold. He didn't even bring a dolly! He had to borrow mine. Think long and hard next time you want to use Sun City WinNelson."
