"ABSOLUTLY THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THEY SAY THEY WILL BE THERE AT ONE TIME AND YOUR LUCK IF THEY ARE ONLY 3 HRS LATE! IF THEY EVEN SHOW UP AT ALL. THEN THEY DID NOT SET HOUSE BLOCKING UP TO TEXAS STATE CODE AND WHEN I TRIED TO GET IT FIXED THEY WOULD NO ANSWER THE PHONE ANYMORE. THEN FINALLY THE SALES COMPANY GOT AHOLD OF THEM AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE OUT N A CERTAIN DAY AND GUESS WHAT NO SHOW NO CALL AND NO CLUE WHEN THEY ARE COMING. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!"
"Although the quality of the work is good, the service is not. The Owner promises to complete a job on a certain day, and fails to come out. He does not call you t let you know that he is detained, or that he cant complete the job. He leaves you hanging, wondering if he is comming or not. Once you call the office, the office assistant says that he always does that, and over books. Instead of giving you an honest answer, he lies. The service is good if you can get them out. He promises jobs that he cant complete, and once again makes appointments that he cannot keep! Thats the worst of it. I was threatened on my cell, when I told him I was concerned about this! :("
