"Wanted to state that this review is solely on my experience and not their products.(which are great) decided to go buy some walnut slabs and I always like to load product myself, the employee today was very eager to help load product which is great, however in the course of loading it and carelessness ended up damaging the inside of my truck. If it isn't bad enough the price of wood is going up, now I have an extra expense I need to worry about."

"We regularly purchase boards here and have had a great experience until today. We were informed by the “warehouse manager” (who lacks general customer service skills based on previous interactions with him) that we are unable to sort through boards more than 5 layers down. This policy is ridiculous for small hobbyists like us who need specific board widths and colors for our projects. The policy is only designed to sell more wood, obviously, at the expense of others because there is literally ZERO local competition. We will gladly travel to Albuquerque to take our business elsewhere— where there is better customer service and selection anyway."
