She was very professional and understanding. Her knowledge about color, types of paint, what’s best in a given situation and her efficiency in matching colors was incredible. Alyx is a really great communicator and problem solver! Sherwin Williams is blessed to have Alyx as an employee and representative of the company. She’s quiet and unassuming but is a dynamo in doing her job. 15 minutes with her and everything was resolved!!"

"I needed paint to fix a few spots in my house I took a little peice from the wall to color match it because I purchased a paint before and it didnt come out the same it was way darker than the house walls So I took the little sample to Sherwin Williams store on Mesa street and the girl that was working there (Jackie) had an attitude and she was telling me that the paint I purchased before is matching the little sample piece that I have when it clearly is not the same color I even had pictures with me of the walls trying to show her the difference between the 2 colors but she insisted that the colors are a match and then she was telling me the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life which is if you paint with a roller the color would come out different than when you paint with a brush!!! She just did not want to do her job or do the color match with the piece I gave her she kept trying to argue with me even though I had pictures showing her the difference. I ended up leaving the store with no help from her. She is the worst ever and her customer service is so bad. I am very disappointed."
