"Went in today at 330pm to get my 15 year old her ears pierced for her birthday. The associate didn't seem very interested while we picked out the earrings. My daughter was excited but wanted her older sister to watch, so we told the associate we would return in a few as we only live 10 mins away. Returned 30 minutes later to find a sign on the door that said " No piercings today." Thanks for the attempt to ruin her birthday."

"We came in to get an earring for my daughter as she had lost 1 of hers. It was going to be just a temporary until she made it to get a matching set elsewhere that she liked. I had my pet with me, a reptile who stays on my shoulder. The lady who worked there rudely told me I could not come in and to leave. I don't mind if they don't want animals, I understand but it was the way she spoke to me that upsets me. She was degrading and spoke down to me. She wouldn't even allow me to wait outside and my 14 year old to purchase the earrings. I also want to mention that there was no sign on the door stating no animals were allowed. I even called and they don't have a policy. We will take our business elsewhere. I hope that lady is taught better customer service in the future. It could have been handled differently, especially with a store full of people."
