"I've always had pretty good experiences here until now. My daughter has really thick hair and if you can't cut thick hair or don't know how next time say so instead of just butchering it. I know it will grow back, but my daughter left in tears because her hair was cut exactly how I asked for it not to be. I understand part of it is my daughter's hair texture but if you know her hair won't do that don't just cut it anyway say something first"
"La Nay, went over and beyond the call of duty. She whipped up some spice and put the shampoo on that makes magic happen. My dark blonde became a little bit of everything color. Then, a week later, I came back in to do the spice but it was on steroids. Then the color went on smooth and vibrant. The blow dryer started to dance with flying hair. BOOM... blondie locks was born.all kidding a side you did an amazing job with all your knowledge of color. I ran out of there with some amazing products, And a friend for life."

"We went in and I told the lady that my daughter wanted layer's. The lady kept saying texture this texture that. I even showed her how the hair was on my daughter and how we wanted it layer. She cut my daughters hair without listening to what she wanted. My daughter ended up with a puffy bowl on her head. She cried for 3 hrs before we were able find a way to fix it. Very disappointed in how the lady conducted herself. My son also was there to get a trim and that lady cut it short instead of just triming it. Never going back to this place again!!!!!"
