"Charged us an extra $240 dollars because we went “over time,” yet no where on their website or within the communication process was any of this communicated to us. This wasn’t even communicated during the day of the project, we were only informed when the truck was set to leave, and the driver wouldn’t leave until we paid them the $240. Ridiculous. Concrete was fine, but the service and communication was poor. Will be using someone else next time. UPDATE (5/23/23): I got connected with David, who is on the MudCo Team, and he apologized for the unfortunate situation and we cleared up the confusion, I really appreciate the time he took to hear me out and get this sorted out. We are in the process of recovering our late time over-charge. I’m grateful that they heard me out, and are refunding us the late fee. Thanks, David!"

"This company has a portable plant set up 1 mile from a job site,and refused to sell concrete to them even though they were selling to the public at other areas nearby,then finally agreed to pour it but wanted $375/ yd to deliver. That being said, another plant delivered it from 75 miles away for almost half the cost. You people are so embarrassing to the concrete world"
