They stated they could provide a take off, their take off was nowhere near being close. Ended up costing us over 12k more because their calculations were wayyyyy off. Missing thousands of dollars worth of material. Called them to let them know we were missing material and they (Gracie) was a complete jerk. They were only nice and courteous when we made our down payment of over 30k. Will never do business here again."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. Worst customer service and the people behind the desks are short with you, no kind greetings here, I had 8 bundles of lumber to deliver, I went to where they told me to go and unload, I strapped my load, and waited forever, one forklift would take a bundle then disappear to go load outgoing trks,, then 10 or 15 min later a different forklift would appear and then again, disappear. Hope I never deliver here again. Very unprofessional and unorganised."
