Is the best customer service i experienced today i had to change my motor blower which is completely under the dash this man stood outside(cold) the whole time and grabbed every tool i needed some didnt fit of course so he had to go back in the store atleast 3-4 times until we had the exact tools we needed and plus i couldnt get the motor blower unplug and i ask Saul and he got right under there and help me never left until we had the motor installed properly never showed frustration or any5hing very good man i will continue to go to these auto just because of his kindness and patience (it took about a hour) thanks Saul V.( needs a raise)"

"Overall I use AutoZone more than other parts stores if I can't find it better online somewhere else. But it took them 3 tries to get the right wiper blade. And yes I told them the correct vehicle and everything."

"This location and the Rankin Hwy way ones are terrible don’t even waste your time their rude and don’t even know what their doing giving under mediocre service the managers at the wadley location seem so clueless and then one of the employees helping me didn’t even know English wouldn’t recommend their gonna have your car left on the side of the road with there lack of knowledge I called they placed me on hold for 35 minutes went to the store and they didn’t have the part even though it showed online they did that’s why I was trying toCall and confirm stood in line 5 workers 2 customers didn’t even acknowledge"
