"Probably the rudest sales person I have ever met. AND I was making a large purchase. Make your purchase somewhere else to avoid his bad behavior. Try Lubbock, TX or Amazon. He needs to retire."
"Was recently in town on a camping trip and needed a part for my Rv. Stopped by Chuck's and he had just what I needed and at a very reasonable price. Met the owner Don, was very nice and helpful."
"Awful Customer service. Needed a fan for a Dometic Duo-Therm. Asked if they had a Duo-Therm Fan instock? Fella behind the counter simply rattles off “nope”. I asked can you order it? “Nope”, asked what he can do to help me? “New Air Conditioner” I said told him he could #%Ck Off. I can get the part direct from Amazon. I chose to spend my money locally evening willing to eat a $3-$4 mark up. They whine no one shops local anymore. Well we won’t shop local until you can be as helpful and hassle free as Amazon."
"Not friendly, follows you and won't let you sort the door windows to pick and choose. Bought a door just to find out that after $300+ and all the labor. Bad product, the door is now hanging and hitting the frame not allowing to shut unless you lift and push. And it only getting worse. The problem I discovered that the frame was not constructed to hold the screws in place that hold the door in place because they were loose and unable to tighten. The screws just turned. Tried adding new screws thinking the others were stopped but got the same thing. I discover this while looking for the reason the door was staring to hang an catching the frame just months after the installation. The door had all the screws reinstalled and had proper space all around the frame and was closing great. Now , not sure how to fix the problem?!"
"Purchased a water heater for our mobile home. The price was good and the owner was extremely helpful! He gave lots of tips and made sure we had all the parts we would need. Highly recommend Chuck's and will definitely be repeat customers!"
