"As a fairly new hire not going sugarcoat this there is a reason they mandate that you can not miss any training or nesting days. It is a call center and you to have at least basic computer skills and intrapersonal skills as you are speaking on the phone with many different people you also must have the ability to actively listen so that information is entered into the system correctly. The environment and atmosphere feels pretty laid back so far my coworkers are friendly and understanding"
"It's the first job I have ever liked. I don't care for the type of system I have to navigate through, but it gets the job done. The people are kind. The worst part for me is the air conditioning, I wish it was turned off, especially during the colder seasons."
"A supervisor that works there is very disrespectful! I’m currently out of work for a medical condition and a supervisor was being disrespectful and communicating with other employees about my condition! Also being very loud and cussing while other employees were taking calls and the clients calling in could hear her discussing me over the phone as well! The woman was bashing me and making rude comments! I would recommend not working in a hostile environment!"
"I tried applying on indeed says I missed a call from them try calling back said number was out of service. I tried calling lynx and I was hung up on. They said I can't help you and hung up."
"It would have been ok but the expectations of new hires were over the top being that training was rushed. We were put on multiple insurance companies with little knowledge. The system needs to be updated in order to be able to do the job in a timely manner. Too many windows needed to be opened with little space to manuever and view while clients had to be placed on hold. Some were already upset from their wait time, being cut off, csr not having correct information, etc."
