"We just stopped in to see what they have available in pickup truck tonneau covers, thinking ahead to a future purchase. We were very pleasantly greeted by Robert, who also does installation work. They have floor models of all the covers they sell and he took us through each one, explaining the functions and the pluses and minuses of each, and told us about what sort of customer support they have received from each supplier. There was no pressure to steer us toward any particular price range or model. They do on-site installation and as an example for one particular model that we looked at, installation was $50 on an $850 cover, which he said would take about 20 minutes. One thing that I noted that I think indicates their level of customer support was that one of the floor models was missing a knob and small bracket. He explained that a customer had lost that part off his cover so they just gave him the piece off the floor model so he could get back in service right away and wouldn't have to wait for a part to be ordered. Covers are typically available the next day after they are ordered and there is no charge until installation is completed. If a cover arrives and the customer doesn't like it, it can be sent back with no cost to the customer."
