"Each appointment is like a therapy session for my hair. Stephanie spends the first part of the appointment learning how my hair has been responding to the cut and the products I've been using. She helps me understand why my hair might not be achieving some of the results I want and offers suggestions on how to address those issues. When she suggests trying different products, she always explains why that product will address my concern. Then, once I feel comfortable that we've addressed all of the issues or questions I have, she does a cut on my dry hair, washes it in the most comfortable wash bowl ever, and styles it. I enthusiastically recommend her for anyone with curly hair!"
