They said they had made a mistake on our bill which we did not know about. They made a point to let us know they made the mistake and they made it right. "Went to try to get quote for a project that I'm doing for the City of Clovis. At first I was trying to explain what I needed and he told me that my best bet was to go to a local pipe shop, I told them they sent me to him from the shop. Then I explained to him I needed welding done on the project. He proceeded to tell me that the pipe would be expensive and that I would have to order a certain amount. I told him that was fine but it still seemed like he wasn't interested. He wrote my info down and told me he would contact me. Over a month and never heard from him or the company. We were about to big a few nice orders for the city but did not feel like I was given the time of day just cause I had trouble relaying exactly what I wanted due to not being a welder/designer. Hope it's better for the next person but I did not have a good experience."
