"I went to Advanced Auto because my daughter dropped the screw that goes on the battery cable to connect the battery. I had purchased the connector there. It was a bad experience. I told the man who had worked there for forty years that I needed the screw. He was some kind of super loser make her feel dumb creep. He proceeds to tell me I don't know what you need. Did you take a picture? I am thinking are you serious. I told him the car make and model. He proceeds to show me all these battery connectors after I told him I got it from a box on the counter. He even told me that they hadn't sold anything like that the forty years he had worked there. I am not a super car person but I am not that dumb either. I walked right out and went acrossed the street to Auto Zone. This was my second bad experience there in a week. Auto Zone helped me. I left with a package of two screws for the battery connector and it was $2.85. Advanced Auto's customer service needs some serious improvement. I know for a fact that this store has been ran by a woman for years. I am surprised she allows woman to be treated like this in her store."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in and both employees were busy helping other customers. As soon as the girl with different colored hair was done with her customer, she did try to help me. I told her I needed some type of sealant and tried to explain to her what it was, she looked at a couple different things and then went over to her computer. I guess to look something up. I told her I would be on the next aisle when she was done looking up the products . Five minutes later I look up because she hadn’t returned and she’s helping someone else ! So, I just stood there and waited and then when she didn’t come back over there, I asked the man ( clearly a supervisor of some kind ) with the glasses for some help He wasn’t friendly at all , but did give me some information as he was helping a different customer. I walked back over towards the counter and the girl is now on her cell phone leaning up against a Counter doing nothing at all! So I went back over to the aisle and just picked something out myself! The audacity of these young people, they are so rude and unprofessional!! So when I say they have horrible customer service, what I’m saying is that this girl obviously didn’t know what I was needing and that’s ok because at first she was going to try to help me, but then I guess decided that she didn’t need to help me anymore for some reason? All I know is that I purposely waited over there for another five minutes to see if she’d walk back over there after and she just ignored me . I picked out what I needed with none of her help whatsoever, and when I went to go leave and check out, she was still on her phone. I was so irritated I wanted to explode , but I decided not to make a scene because I guarantee she’d of been oblivious as to why what she did was so wrong lol they just won’t get my business anymore. Which is a shame because I’ve never been treated that way in there. They’ve always been nice and helped me, but clearly all that has gone out the window. I mean the guy was a manager of some kind and just allowed her to stay on her phone and not go back over there and help me. The whole thing was completely unprofessional, ridiculous and that’s where we’ve always gone for batteries and things we needed. It’s right down the street from our home. But I will never go back in there for another thing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. If I could give zero stars I would !"
