We have always received prompt, courteous service, and they always do a great job whether it's tires, spark plugs, or anything else. If there's going to be a wait, they tell you up front and give you the option to come back if you need to. That is so appreciated. I'd much rather be told it's going to be a 3 hour wait and choose for myself, rather than to hear, "We'll be right with you" and THEN wait the three hours!
