"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY charged me a $150 cancellation fee after their mechanic canceled on me. They didn't do anything to my car, and I think they should say hey if you don't have a wheel lock, we can't help you. Not once prior did anyone ask me about this. My car issued so it never came with one and I never had an issue getting tires or anything. The mechanic was nonchalant and was standoff Ish. I also think they should at least wear the uniform shirt, so we know who they are when they pull up. Not a random man in random truck."

"Like many of the other reviews have stated, this is a scam. My mechanic was great but this company charged $154.99 for a inspection I already had. There's not many options to explain check engine light. So it automatically sets the appointment for inspection. Then they give you a second quote for what's actually wrong and you have to set a second appointment and pay twice as much for the actual parts and labor. So literally I paid $154.99 for a inspection I didn't need. Complete rip off. No work is actually done to your car that same day. They need to be reported to the BBB"

"Scam I paid $150 and problem still not solved mechanic showed up 3 hours late and I had to go to work so he couldn’t do a full inspection of the problem. They basically just shoot stuff at you that you can get from a free computer diagnostic at auto zone which is also not always accurate. Ladies don’t fall for the scam."

"Horrible company. I had to cancel because there were no appointments available and I had a bad battery. They took over 200.00 from my credit card and will not refund. Customer service is a dead end. I was some what ok with paying the cancelation fee of 75.00, but they also charged me the cost of the appointment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM."

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. ...Booked a mechanic 24 hours in advance and paid...the mechanic never showed...he asked me to reschedule after hours so of course I had to wait...then they reschedule me for two days later....THEN that same day tried to re charge me saying they gave me the wrong price and the correct price was more than double the original.. all still while my appointment was paid for and booked but my car was still never even seen...unprofessional. customer service still never emailed me back..."
