"I've included before and after pictures of the Damage Done. I live in an apartment complex and the Swinging gate closed as I was going through caught my rear passenger door handle and bent it backwards to the point that it stretched the door metal and almost ripped the handle off. I was able to set up a time to bring in my vehicle after I sent them pictures. They were able to provide a partial estimate based on the pictures that I sent which was great and they were able to let me know that they could fix it without me having to waste a trip down there. Miss Karen is extremely courteous and very helpful and so bubbly. It's nice to see someone who seems happy with what they do. They provided me video via email describing the issues that they found during the repairs and provided updated estimates. I was extremely pleased with the outcome as you can see in my pictures the door looks good as new. I will definitely consider contacting this place should anything happen again and would definitely recommend anyone who needs body work to give these folks a call.
