"RUDE. Paint dust inside my WHOLE car, tape glue residue on outside, they DROVE it 87 miles, PAINTED over dirt above & side of the window and it didn’t match the back door, had my car over 3 weeks for a door dent, parked UNLOCKED outside and I am liable if stolen/damaged. I had to buy a new AC filter but the vents still have dust. The skylight leaked on my HEAD because the drain was clogged with paint dust. There were grease prints on my skylight button and it was left cracked open. Grease spots on dash, door, and carpet. The AC was cranked down as far as possible. The gas cap was loose (they had to add gas since they DROVE it) causing the air sensor light to go off, so I had to drive almost 100 miles to reset so I could get it inspected. UPDATE to answer Owner’s question. - Yes, I went back inside and told them about the tape residue and dust so an office man got a rag with paint-thinner smelling stuff and wiped on the outside in one spot. Never said anything and went back inside. Progressive saw a bunch of pictures and the car again. It took me most of a day to detail the interior, unclog the skylight, and clean the outside. Also I added that the trim around the door’s window had paint on top of dirt and didn’t match the back door. Caliber Collision down the street fixed your unmatched painted dirt it FOR FREE!!!!"
"I had the most amazing experience and John Hudson collision. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The repairs done three days before the ladies in the office was amazing. They had call enterprise and they even ask. What else can you do for me they were awesome they’re amazing. I would recommend my family to repair any damages that they may have with their car in the future."
"Where do I start with this place? First if I could give 0 stars I would. I got into an accident and the insurance company directed me to this company for repairs. I dropped my car off I’d say around the middle of the month. They gave me an end of the month finish date. Called around that date and it was excuse after excuse as to why the car wasn’t done (keep in mind I fix semis so I understand deadlines can be pushed back. But you relay that info. Not lie.) then I come to pick up my car finally after being played with. The trunk wasn’t put back together, The bumper was missing all the plastic hold downs, the car had white stuff all over it, my window wasn’t reinstalled correctly, they didn’t replace the broke mirror, they got paint on my rims and had my interior full of dust. Brought it to attention of 1 of the males that worked there. They took the car back and said they’d fix it. Received the car again and the car still had the white stuff on it, window and mirror still weren’t fixed. Made a complaint and was told to bring the car back at MY convenience. Brought the car back maybe a week later when I had the chance and that was around noon. Got there and was told “my mechanic was on lunch.” In which I didn’t care if he was on lunch or not. You had my car for half a month failed to fix it correctly. So when I was told to bring my car back at MY convenience I not longer care what the mechanic is or isn’t doing. Come look at your failure. So if you have another choice for a repair shop. Choose that."

They did some incredible work on my car and even had my car finish before the scheduled time. I can't even recognize where the fender bender occurred.
