"Disappointing. I needed a bumper replaced. We ordered it early and had it painted so I could bring in my truck and have the installation done in one day. It took 8 days. I had a very difficult time getting information, but apparently several shop errors caused the delay. It was painted wrong the first time. Then it was scratched during installation and had to be repainted. I finally gave up trying to call for information and made other transportation arrangements. In the end, the finished product is good, but it was very frustrating getting to that point. I was told I would receive a discount because of the delay, but that never happened. The sales rep wasn't even available when I picked up the truck. Not the kind of customer service I expected from AutoNation."
