Had my vehicle for a week and never looked at it, just racked up storage fees and then would not answer the phone when I would call to ask what was going on. The female that answers the phone is rude and does not follow through with what she tells says."

"Was involved in a accident and needed my car repaired! All other collision centers were booked for months out, I spoke with Joe and he was super nice, took my car in right away, had it done in a reasonable amount of time and also communicated with me during the process and provided me with photos along the way. Met his wife and she was also very nice! Once I drove off the lot I noticed my car running rough and my air bag light was flashing and a sensor light was on. I went back the next day and he reassured me that my motor mounts needed to be changed probably cause of the hard hit and that my sensor and possibly the seat belt on the passenger side needed to be replaced. Him and his wife said they would submit a supplemental claim and here we are over a month later and they still have not submitted it. I’ve called him, texted him and he has been saying he’ll check if it’s been submitted and never calls or texts back. I spoke with the insurance company and made them aware and they are more than willing to cover it but need the claim submitted. I am now gonna seek legal advice cause no other collision center wants to touch my car since they already did. So really think about doing business here unless you want to be stuck like I currently am! It’s a shame I really thought they were genuine good people with good intentions."
