"Ordered online and paid extra for free unlimited returns. Received a too small, stained/ damaged Stetson hat. Returned immediately. Two weeks after returned hat was delivered to Pinto Ranch, they still had not shipped a replacement nor issued a refund despite almost DAILY calls placed by me to customer service. FINALLY, customer service rep confirmed there was no replacement available "but the person responsible for issuing refunds was out sick so they couldn't refund my purchase. " Filed a dispute with PayPal. Now PR is saying that they are unable to refund my purchase due to the dispute, which is nonsense. I even emailed step by step instructions copy and pasted from paypal to the seller. Seller is not responding to inquiries from PayPal and is no longer responding to my emails. It's been over a month and they're still refusing to refund my purchase despite being unable to fulfill my order. They owe me nearly $180.00. I will never purchase from them again."

Face timing with her so we had to wait our turn to get help. Would not recommend when your buying $900 cowboy boots."

"We were visiting from Dallas, family of 5. As soon as we walked in the first thing we asked for was where the restrooms are at. Went straight into the restrooms came out and were greeted by Tony all he said was “take your time” we certainly didn’t look western at all, I was wearing my Bred 11’s. As soon as he said that I asked to see a pair of boots, a specific color and size and he said “before we get all happy let me check if we have them”. He came back with a box with the color and size I asked for, threw them on and they fit and look great. Spoke to the manager this afternoon with a concern and it didn’t take him 5 minutes to take care of. Overall great experience, we’ll keep shopping with them."
