I had changed her brakes without knowing you had to put them in service mode( I hate Ford) So anyways he charged us a flat rate and just fixed it. Wifey is happy now no more beeping!!"

"I dropped my vehicle off on 1/8/24 to have some repairs completed. I reached out on 1/11/24 for an update and was told the work would be completed 1/12/24. When I followed up on 1/12/24 I was not given an update on the work or an invoice. I reached out again on 1/17/24 again requesting an update on the repairs and cost. When I was able to finally receive an invoice it was double the initial estimate and only one portion of the work I requested had been completed. In my experience the shop was not responsive, had poor pricing transparency, and poor customer service. I would not recommend"
