"Just left this location- Had an appointment, and after checking on the car after leaving it for over an hour we were told that the car had not even been taken in yet and was still sitting in the parking lot. The least they could have done was give us a call and heads up at the 30 minute mark that they were running behind, but instead we had to check on it ourselves after spending over an hour in the store giving more money to Costco. Not good customer service"

"The best service that I never had. Specially thanks for the supervisor Colby Pandukht. Was shocked when I heard studs were gone. Guess what? they do take care of the customers. they directed the procedures how to take care this problem without pay any! I could not believe that I got this fixed as same day. Just want to say you all guys are awesome."

"My mom is a member and there was a deal going on so she sent me to get all four new tires here. They had to order them in and they came next day, which was a super big plus. They offer a lot of free services for members in regards to their tires, so it was definitely a good choice. Only complaint I have is that the process shouldn't be taking over 2 hours. I promise my car is not that difficult, and as professionals they should be able to handle the process. In under 2 hours. But the workers are friendly for the most part."
