Take 5 Oil Change

"I usually enjoy my visit when getting my oil changed. This visit started with pulling into the garage and soon hearing a very loud bump as if I ran over something. Actually did hit something but the gentleman kept walking back and forth saying did you hear that. With me agreeing yes I hit something but he did not see anything. Please teach every one , how to reset the maintenance when you get a new oil change . That took way too long. However, the gentleman was very polite. Here's to hoping this wasn't a more expensive oil change than expected."

"Chris is awesome! He offered me water while I waited and explained everything I was getting done and why I would need other things changed. He put air in my tires and Marlon showed me my old oil and what it looked liked. Everything went very fast and professional. A honk well deserved. I just wish there was a way to virtually tip after all my service was received. But I will be coming here again way better than the location on Cockrell Hill they didn’t explain anything to me they just do the job."
