If your truck stays there overnight there is a l great chance parts will be salvaged from it. So if you have more to lose try somewhere else. They have no security."

"Took my truck there to be repaired/engine replaced. What happened later was nothing short of thievery and criminal conduct. They had literally removed most of the component parts from my truck, transmission, clutch, wiper motor, ECM, electronic modules, bumpers, you name it, and wanted to claim that it had been stolen. When i threatened, to produce a police report of the purported theft, they started producing them one by one. Of course they knew who the thieves were. But my vehicle was so vandalized and still missing parts leading to unnecessary parts replacement. I wish i had read the experience from couple of other customers in this review. THEY ARE UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST SHOP IN THE WHOLE OF NORTH AMERICA. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES."

So I towed my truck to Holt Truck Center in Irving and discovered that my truck had been neglected with multiple issues caused directly by these mechanics. I won't get into the other issues, but take my warning. Save your cash and get it done right. Thanks"
