"I have been shopping at this location for years. Today I wanted to shop for some bathroom products. Unfortunately, I had to use the ladies room in the middle of shopping. I asked the clerk for the bathroom key. She informed me that she had to open it herself and that I would have to wait until the line was gone. I asked her if there was anyone else in the store. She informed me that she was working alone and just to be wait. I waited for the line to finish, and then she denied me access to the restroom. I asked her for the name and number of the supervisor to file a complaint about this policy, and not allowing there to be more than one person in the store. She denied me any contact information of a manager. She proceeded to argue with me, and disrespect me by telling me I had no common sense. I informed her that I was now going to follow up a complaint against her as well. Initially I only wanted to state that it was not fair not having more than one person in the store. I stated someone could really be stealing things and you would never know. Plus it's not safe. She told me I needed to go next door to use the restroom. And still continued to deny me a name and number for a supervisor. I asked the clerk for her name as well, she denied me that as well. I feel very disrespected, this happened today at 11:02. I went online to file a complaint or to contact customer service. I was unable to even find the store online. I will be contacting customer service Monday morning and filing a complaint against poor policy regulations. And denying customers in Bastrop access to speak up online through the company website."

"Didn’t have a chance to purchase anything since the cashier today @6:40PM 5/5/23 was constantly chatting with a customer when the line was building up. I literally waited 7 minutes before I decided to leave my basket and walk out. What ticked me off was the fact that the employee didn’t even knowledge the line behind me already."

"Got what I needed. Store a bit of a mess but think they are short handed so wont hold it against them. At least they are open. Every other time I go to Dollar tree they are closed. Friendly staff. Good store."

I Was buying Christmas Gifts For The White Elephant Game we were going to be playing at my sisters house, I hadn’t grabbed a cart so I couldn’t carry everything but the cashier and I’m so bad at names (but she was short and had some color on her hair) oh my she was the sweetest as can be she helped me go back and look for items I could not find and they were there the whole time lol . She even went above and beyond to help me sort my gifts and help pack them. She helped out so much because we were staying at a hotel and it was going to be difficult to do in the car being that we weren’t going back to the hotel. Not to mention it was Christmas Eve and working late She kept her smile and holiday cheer. Thank you for making my trip special It’s the small things *"
