"Very ignorant employee at the cash register, my sister was trying to purchase something and she didn't know how to use my card and the employee just looked at her and said, “figure it out on your own.” She ended up leaving with nothing after being told my card was locked. It was not. my younger sister began to cry once she got in the car from the embarrassment of NOBODY helping her. Shame on you, dude."

"I came to this place to shop for deodorant. Of course I had to smell a couple to figure out which one I wanted, but then got kicked out because I opened and smelled some of them. She said by all of them or leave that lady had no respect. Good thing I hold my ground and just took off not gonna be arguing. I’m just gonna leave a bad review. Oh well."

"Its time for you guys to close this location down. Today is my last day going to this location. Went in to get things I needed and it was a mess in there. Stocking carts blocking the isles. If you cant put it up, dont leave it out. Nothing more annoying then having to walk around or push things out the way just so you can walk."

"Spent more then I wanted on items that mainly ended up defective or broke after or while using. Charged 4/5x’s more then dollar tree for exact same items. SMH the people working their seem high out of their minds."

"So I purchased lactose free milk from here one day as I did not want to go to HEB to buy milk. Turns out lactose free is not the same as dairy free. I realized this and went back in to return the milk and explained the situation. The manager threw a fit and flat out lied saying they do not return food. I asked why not. He said because it's un sanitary. I told him if I were to purchase a bag of chips or a drink would you not return it. He said it's not the same. I asked how so. He said the chips are sealed and covid is everywhere. I told him the milk is sealed and covid had nothing to do with the packaging. He told one of the employees to go ahead and try to return it but it's not going to work because it is against policy. We'll, turns out it did work and I was able to return it. His last remarks were, "put that in the trash, I'm not putting it back in the fridge." Leasoned learned. HEB is better."
