"I reached out to this tattoo shop two weeks before I was coming to town - I could obviously read on their instagram that they were welcome to walk ins, but OBVIOUSLY if I am reaching out two weeks early I probably wouldn't be a walk in..I am from out of town but I want a quality artist and DEFINITELY an artist that cares. Anyway, I sent a message through their instagram asking if I should make an appointment, or if they think me just walking in would suffice?? I get a single line back - "we accept walk-ins". I was already annoyed by that because any legit artist is going to inquire about what you're looking for. I gave them a break on that and reached out today because "they are open for walk ins" Was told Tatum would message me... that didn't happen, obviously. I didn't see any true quality work on their insta page, but I was looking for something close to where I was staying and simple line work, nothing intricate, could have been easy work - but I will NEVER go to a place that has that little respect for their potential cliental."

"Awesome friendly service and super chill atmosphere. I really enjoy visiting Legacy Arts tattoo parlor. All the artists are very caring and easy to get along with. Although my artist to go to is Jade, he's now done 2 tattoos for me (pic included), the rest of the crew is also involved in some way, shape or form. Whoever is free swings by and checks on all the customers that are being worked on, they make sure we are comfortable and if we need anything. One time I was there for 6 hours and they sent a guy to get food for everyone, including myself. I was not expecting it, but it was awesome that they decided to count me in. I really like that they make customers feel like friends and family. They have great service from the front desk service all the way until you leave. I can't recommend this place enough! Many thanks to Jade, for giving me awesome art work to show off. I will continue to get worked done here. You guys have to check this place out!"

"A-team staff! I went in needing a cover up of a cover up--something no one else would touch. Adam came straight over to me and immediately assured me he could help. We decided to do the tattoo on the spot. He was one of the most professional and kind artists I've ever worked with. The whole team there was welcoming and checked on me throughout the whole process. Not to mention the tattoo turned out amazingly beautiful! These guys have a customer for life now!!!"
