"Listen here Trey is so amazing. I came for a dip powder and he is so meticulous. He did not disappoint. The place is clean and they serve a complimentary drink. My pedicure was done by Logan he made me feel relaxed and also did a great job. If you are looking for a nail place with quality customer service, this is it."
"1/6/24 update: got my nails done today by Mazel. I really liked her personality, professionalism and expertise. She had never done the design I asked for before (holographic tips) but did a pretty good job. 12/19/23 update: got my nails done here a third time about a week ago. This time, instead of dip, I got a full set with acrylic and gel. I wanted a Christmas-themed design and went with Dara as my nail tech. I think she did a pretty good job. For the first time, I decided to do a lavender pedicure and it was really relaxing. Omg I loved it! I’ve been here twice so far. My first time was excellent. I was offered a drink and the technician who did my dipped nails was very good and sweet. At first I was worried because my fingernails looked too thick but by the time she was done, I was in love. My pedicure was really good too. The second time, i was again offered a drink but I didn’t care for the technician who did my dipped nails. He was kinda condescending but maybe it was a language barrier. I say this because at one point I asked him why my nails were so messy (the dipped powder was on the front and pads of my fingers) but he thought I asked something about the color and somewhat defensively said, “that’s the color you chose”. I didn’t like that so that affected my mood the rest of the time. By the time he was done, I liked my nails so I’m over it. In hindsight, I think my fingers being messy had more to do with the dark color I chose and not him. The technician who did my pedicure was great. He gave me the best foot massage and I had only gotten the basic pedicure. I don’t have a pic of my nails from the first time but these are my nails from the second time."
"I recommend finding another salon because having your nail completely ripped off hurts HORRIBLY. 2 different nail techs noticed fungus starting on my middle finger from using colored dip vs. clear with gel; which I ALWAYS request because I never had fungus and no desire to experience it. Incompetent employees, and I would sincerely question their sanitation practices. This isn’t whining about rude employees. This is about your actual nail health. Nailed Nail Bar became my go to nail salon for last few months. Pedicures are good but now questioning how sanitary they are… Prices are affordable, in a great area, and salon itself has an upscale vibe and a bar. I was informed years back, clear acrylic with gel color ONLY to avoid fungus. Fungus sounded disgusting so been following that advice for years. First visit I mentioned “I want acrylic with gel color”- but there’s about 50-60 nail techs working daily. Too much going on. I’m unsure how I originally ended up with colored dip, I know it was a light color. I was satisfied with my nails each time and stopped caring about clear with gel, and enjoyed my pedicure. ~4 sets total of colored dip. Forget how pretty the salon looks and the prices, THE STAFF IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. I had my nails done 3 times with my middle finger’s nail broken and looking funky- weird color. It became so frail 2 days ago it snagged under something and completely ripped up. No reputable nail artist would ever put acrylic on top of a nail with fungus!!!!! Look at the attached pictures of the disgusting infected nail I have now. I don’t even know what to do after I cut it off…. Unsure if the greedy manager pushes full sets vs fills and that’s why my nails were soaked in acetone and completely removed each time (that’s every 2-3 weeks) but my natural nails are so fragile and dry now…. Based on how horribly infected my finger is, I started thinking “have I ever seen them sanitize/thoroughly clean ANYTHING”. Someone leaves, and a new customer fills their spot. I’ve never seen more than a rise out of the pedicure tub. Absolutely terrible and truthfully needs to get their salon evaluated to keep their license. Also give your workers a day off, they work 7 days a week, the whole day, as a customer please don’t be rude the nail techs are overworked. But I will not excuse the 2 employees who saw the fungus on my finger and went through with acrylic."
"Today I had such a pleasant experience visiting this place for the first time. Someone recommended it and I am glad I came. Dara did an AMAZING job on my full set that I wanted Halloween inspired. She was gentle, patient, and talented. I will be back! Also, the pedicurist Ms. Van was kind, massaged well, and took good care of my feet. I will be back soon! Thanks! Customer service A+!!"
"So far 33% success rate. My first manicure was great. But then I got a pedicure and manicure, pedicure was fine but not enough coats and seemed to rush through it. My dip manicure had 2 broken nails after 3 days. I went to go fix and the man at the front was so rude to me and just kept ignoring me when I asked for help (literally just said is this where you want me to be?) and then I have had 2 other nails break. So 4 total..pretty unacceptable to me."
