"Had a few good experiences but the past year with the new staff has been horrible. have had not one but two bad experiences here. I only gave the salon a second chance because i had actually liked coming here. Not anymore, prices are to high for the little run down salon. Would def not recommend, other salons are better around this area."

"Got a hair cut here, asked for V-cut, long layers, and 1 in trim. My hair was to my waist, and NOW it’s to my bra line. Cut just about half of my hair off. The cut looks decent but the amount cut off was not what I asked for at all. My hair is soooo short now."

"No stars.... They lack experience on modern hair cuts/styles... I asked for a bob and was given an uneven pixie. Chunks of spots shown all around my head. Cried for days... told the owner about it, she agreed to give me my money back, that was like a mth ago.... she still wont give me my money, and on top of it all insults me.... I have been going there for 10+ years, and this is how you are treated. Will never go again. I would give it no star, but wouldn't let me post unless I elected one star...."

"Very Disappointed. I Had my nails done at this place, twice. The nail tech, Laura, is very talented and gifted; however wasVERY INCONSIDERATE of me as a customer. I walked in on a Friday morning for services. She asked me to text her around 7pm, because she was going to make me her last customer for the day. Keep in mind, I advised her that I would be traveling out of town the following morning and it was very important that I get my nails done. Laura reassured me that she would service me. Needless to say, it didn’t happen. I texted her and she told me that she still had two customers. I explained that it was fine with me and that I could come at ANYTIME that night, but to PLEASE don’t forget about me....Long story short, this happened on a Friday and it’s now Thursday. She has yet sent any type of message or called. Very Inconsiderate!I continued to text her up until around 11pm, but she NEVER responded. If she was unable to service me, that would have been fine. She should have just let me know and not lead me to believe that she could provide services to me. I could have gone elsewhere. So, I did go on my trip, My nails were NOT done, she didn’t care enough to even apologize or reach out. Be careful when seeking nail services at this place."

"Very bad experience! The lady was nice but didn't know how to cut hair. She cut my daughter's hair & no blow dry. So when I got home & blow dried her hair it was so uneven! Her bangs were even uneven! Never have I experienced such bad service! I don't recommend this place at all !!"
