Banter by Piercing Pagoda

"Tried to buy a pair of earrings and potentially get a piercing on Dec 21st at around 6-7, but was completely ignored by the cashier/piercer. Thought she was just busy with the customer that was there before me so I continued to wait but she proceeded to acknowledge everyone else that walked up to the stand. After waiting for roughly 10 minutes with no acknowledgement I ended up leaving. Very frustrating, can't help but speculate why she decided to ignore me."

"Lady with the heart shapes glasses refused to honor my warranty because I did not have an original receipt. I know from past experiences at other locations that they can look up my information. Disappointed in their service."

I have been shopping at piercing pagoda for years and never had an encounter the way I did today I called over the phone with a few questions I let her know I was coming I arrived asked her if her name was Bri and said ok I’m the one you spoke with on the phone then looked for the bracelet in my purse realized it wasn’t I said I would be right back I left the bracelet in my car went to get it came back in Security was standing there so at this point yes I’m upset I never threatened or raised my voice to this lady so at this point I ask for the corporate number she wrote down the number but refused to write her name as well I asked her repeatedly is this customer service or the corporate number still refusing to answer with what I asked her! Also she lied about the company policies saying they can’t look up my info with my phone number which isn’t true YES they can it’s not company policy. She needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers and companies policies..!! To make matters worse this was a so called manager that I dealt with!!!"
