"Yesterday afternoon @1pm I was here for eyebrows and hand wax. The lady who is working over there was so rude and she literally cut my skin with the thread although, I am informing her to do a little bit slower. She is not at all listening and doing whatever she wants and behaving with customers as if she is doing a free service. Few of my friends also mentioned the same thing about her and her attitude. I don’t recommend this place at all. Her manager needs to change her immediately before few customers face the same issue."

"It’s a great place for both walk-ins and appointments. I tried several salons and stylists in the past and they could never get my specific haircut, either it would be way off or inconsistent. Finally, I tried Bhavani and Poonam in Shahnaz Salon, both are able to see my sample photo and cut my hair exactly the way I want it. Additionally, the salon is able to accommodate same day emergency appointments if you call and schedule. It’s extremely convenient and now since past 3 years, I’ve stopped going to high end salons and prefer Shahnaz Salon due to the ease and the satisfaction of service that I get here."
