"I started seeing Arin in May 2023, (for context I was previously getting full highlights every 6 weeks at a different salon, and was very blonde) Arin advised me to alternate between a partial and full highlight every 6 weeks to keep the integrity of my hair, which I was fine with as long as we could still keep me as blonde as possible. At my second appointment with Aaron she said we needed to do a trim to keep my hair healthy and to continue being blonde or the bleach would cut my hair off. I was fine with a trim and was only expecting about an inch to be cut off.. Arin cut off about 5 inches of my hair and at the time I told myself it would grow back and I gave her another chance. However, at my last appointment I called the salon after getting home and realizing my hair looked like it hadn’t even been highlighted I was told to send pictures of what I would like for my hair to look like and I did. Johanna said she would talk to Aaron. I never heard back from anyone so I finally just decided to cancel my future appointments. My last appointment was on September 11th and a few days after my appointment I went to put in my clip In extensions and as I was parting my hair into sections I noticed that there was so much dark in the back of my hair where highlights were never placed.. I have had 3 full highlights with Arin and there is no reason why there should be that much of my root showing. I was baffled and felt like short cuts were taken on my hair. There is no reason why there should have been that much hair left out of my foils. The photos attached are the back of my hair that were skipped and the front of my hair now and a photo of how long my hair was before she cut it for comparison. Update: I emailed the owner as she requested on 10/4/23, she has still not responded (it’s now 10/23/23). I’ve even called a requested to speak with her over the phone, haven’t received a phone call back."
