Ella took the time to get all the details needed for this piece. Felt like I was working with Ella instead of just getting a piece done. The original work is breathe taking and I absolutely can't wait to get the coloring done. Needless to say, I plan to be a regular here as long as they will have me. I've been searching for the right shop and artist for a long time now and I believe I've found both. "Light and airy studio, skilled artists - although both who were there on the day of my tattoo were quite late for their appointments. Don't expect any support for aftercare. I had an issue shortly after coming home with a new tattoo but couldn't get ahold of my artist or the studio for more than 24 hours. I had to drive back to the studio and just hope someone was there to help me, since they weren't answering the phone. 3 days later and I still haven't gotten a reply to my urgent email."

"I had the most wonderful time getting tattooed by Kam today! she was so kind and lovely to talk to. everything was clean, professional, and sanitary. the ambience was incredible; the natural lighting, plants, and gentle music made getting stabbed by needles feel like a breeze. and now I have this incredible work of art on my leg! it’s stunning. "Valkyrie has world-class artists and a clean, green, inspiring facility. They also have trans friendly restrooms! I saw Jan Kim for my tattoo ( @jandruff on Instagram). I have never met such a talented artist who was so down to earth about her work. She worked on me for over 10 hours and I was left with a masterpiece on my leg that I will have forever. Her line work and technical skill is excellent and she really set me at ease during the sitting. There is clearly something special about the team that has been cultivated here. They all are talented and have a cheerful rapport with one another. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Aadam, and wish I had been able to meet Saga and let her know how much I admire her portfolio. I can't wait to get another tattoo from this special place. It is hard to decide what artist I want to see next, although honestly Jan is a creative genius and I will likely get more work from her when I return!
