"This vendor, Shoe MGK, uses deceptive sales techniques to target and sell to minor children. They say no refunds or exchanges, but they dont tell the minor child that until after the sale is over and it's only mentioned on the receipt which is then too late because the sale is already done. When confronted they were combative, rude and a bit threatening. The mall should be ASHAMED for allowing this vendor on site. UPDATE: I checked the reviews on their facebook page and this seems to be standard business practice for this company. Tons of reviews from parents all over the country who have had nearly an identical experience."
